Three skills that I perform well are:

Encouraging, teaching, Speaking

Three skills that I would like to develop are:

Organizing, Delegating, Decision making

Doing the assessment helped me see what different categories of careers are available with my skills. my highest ranking was for Chief Executive. I don't necessarily see myself doing that, but so far my jobs have been of managing type positions. I Think that potentially with more experience and education to learn the skills I need to be successful can put me in a position to be successful doing something like that. I think this can lead me in many directions and in several different industries.
